I love this piece and share similar sentiments. Racism is racism regardless of who it's targeted towards. I think our society is slowly shifting towards this idea that white people are deserving of ridicule & harm -- simply because of their skin colour. Which is racism.

Even a lot of "anti-racist" discourse is becoming incredibly racist but as you pointed out, people are hesitant to call it out (or outright refuse to) because they don't care that it's affecting white people but in my eyes, the power dynamic shouldn't matter. Racism is wrong as a matter of principle, not politics and I'm happy to see more people echoing that sentiment!
